I recently stayed at a hotel in Lourdes and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money it offered. Located by the river, the hotel provided beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided daily. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options, including gluten-free choices. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met.

While the rooms were clean and nice, they were a bit small and basic. The lifts were small, and sometimes crowded, but that's not a deal-breaker.

We had booked Hotel Beau but ended up at Hotel Mediteranee across the river, which turned out to be an upgrade. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to public parking nearby. The staff, especially Sherrif at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and even made reservations for us. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. We were able to safely store our wet and grimy bicycles on site, which was very convenient. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Beau Site!

This hotel offers a great location, just a short stroll to the religious sites and close to the center of town. The rooms were comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the food was very tasty with options for special diets. The view of the Pyrenees was breathtaking and the sound of the river outside was so calming. There was also free WiFi throughout the hotel and a small bar to sit and relax.

The bathroom facilities need improvement, and some toilets were not well-kept or had no toilet paper.
